Bucharest Stock Exchange (BVB)

The presence of powerful investors on a market in formation such as that of Romania is an extremely important stake and Bucharest Stock Exchange has assumed the mission to contribute to consolidation of their trust in the potential represented by Romanian companies. Bucharest Stock Exchange has the role to encourage the development of a liquid and efficient capital market, able to provide equal conditions for operation and total safety. Organized according to the principles of self-regulation, Bucharest Stock Exchange adopts its necessary operation rules and procedures, which afterwards are subject to the approval of National Commission of Securities.
